This sweet and crunchy praline is delicious on its own as a treat, or crush it up in a blender and use it as a delicious dust over cakes, desserts or sweeten up your morning granola
3 Cups Caster Sugar
1/2 Cup Pistachio nuts
Pour sugar and berries in a saucepan over low heat. Stir to combine
Simmer and stir for 8 to 10 minutes or until berries become soft
Remove from heat. Allow to cool down, then it’s ready!
